Eve’s level of precision and care expressed through the craft of Pilates has been instrumental to my development in strength and wellbeing outside of the studio. As a Pilates teacher myself, I couldn’t recommend ME Pilates highly enough to anybody looking for real change in their body, mind and spirit.

Eve is the kind of teacher that doesn’t miss a trick. She is brilliant at helping you visualise how to activate your ‘powerhouse”. She is always trying to further her own practice, teaching and being taught new ideas and approaches to every Pilates exercise for every body. She does this also by always staying true to the principles of Joseph Pilates.
Being a quick adaptor, she transitioned quickly during Covid 19 to zoom classes that I’m sure have benefited the body and mind of all those lucky enough to participate. My classes with Eve are definitely the highlight of my week and her manner ensures the hard work never feels tedious. Every body has its limitations and imperfections, Eve teaches you how to move and realign your body so you can reach your full potential.

As a long time client of Eve's I am so appreciative of the effort and time she puts into her Pilates practice and that of her client's. Eve's dedication to her own continuous development means she is at the forefront of new teaching methods and can breathe new life into routine Pilates movements. Eve has a deep understanding of body movement and of the body's muscular groups. For clients this means she can easily adapt exercises due to injury, rehabilitation or special needs. As a cyclist both road and mountain I have my own "special needs". By building my core strength through Pilates I have increased stability on the bike and can generate more power by using my muscles more effectively and efficiently.

I’ve been working with Eve for over two years. My primary reason for taking Pilates is to help my core strength with a focus to improve my overall abilities as a cyclist. I’ve used a variety of group classes as well as private sessions to be hyper focused on the needs of my body. I’ve particularly seen a large improvement in my focus areas of flexibility, core stability and hip flexor mobility and motion. Previously I would have discomfort in my hips, knees and lower back using the exercises and knowledge that Eve has brought to the table has meant those aches and pains are non-existent. Everything in class has a purpose and a well thought out plan no matter the effort or sweat levels you experience leading to personal improvements.
