TERMS & CONDITIONS

-MEP requires that all new clients have completed at least an initial appointment prior to moving into groups. 

-MEP reserves the right to restrict the group access for health & safety reasons to a client.

-ME Pilates does not offer classes on a casual basis.

-Small Group Classes require a minimum of 2 clients for the class to run. In the event that a class is down to 1 participant, the client will be given the option or rescheduling or attending a 30 min private session.

-A regular session attendance can be rescheduled occasionally to accomodate as long as it is discussed prior to the event with Eve.

-Respectful behaviour is a priority. MEP reserves the rights to terminate participation of a client in instance of unacceptable behaviour.

-All booked sessions must be cancelled within 24hrs of the scheduled session either via email, in person, by telephone or text.

-Cancellations made out of this time frame will be charged as a Late 

Cancellation. 

-ALL Late Cancellation/No Show appointment are charged at full rate. 

-ALL Plans can be cancel without a fee when done within 5 business days prior to the next payment. 

-Plans can be modified at least 2 days prior to the scheduled billing day.

-ALL clients are responsible to maintain payments method up to date. This will ensure no extra administrative charges from Ezi Debit for management of payment defaults.
