At ME Pilates, we work with the body in front of us, tailoring each session to your individual needs.
We take into account existing injuries, movement limitations, and the demands of daily life or sport, helping you move with greater efficiency and ease. The goal is to develop better movement patterns, deeper body awareness, and more precise control.

New to Pilates? This is where it begins.
Starting Pilates can feel overwhelming. There is a lot to take in, unfamiliar movements, and equipment that may seem unusual at first.
We guide you through it step by step, creating a clear path into the method so you can build a strong and enjoyable practice that supports your everyday life, hobbies, and sport.
The first step is often the hardest, but also the most important. This is where you begin to understand your body, develop better movement patterns, and learn how to carry them into everything you do.
You will be introduced to the foundational repertoire across the apparatus, and together we will design a personalised pathway that reflects your needs, your goals, and your pace.
For best results, we recommend practising Pilates at least twice per week.

Small Group
Studio work is where the magic of Pilates truly comes alive! This is where all the special apparatus are found, and under the guidance of your instructor, each session can take many forms. Chair, Reformer, Tower, Barrel, small equipment, or a combination, think of the studio as a canvas, ready to be painted in countless ways. Every approach leads to a fun, challenging workout, staying true to the philosophy of classical Pilates.
Max 5 clients per class | 55-minute session
We encourage all clients to experience group sessions. New clients must attend a 1:1 session first.

Once a month, Pilates teachers come together for a dedicated practice and learning session. These paid sessions are taught by Marda Willey, a Romana lineage teacher and Authentic Pilates Education International (APEI) Teacher Trainer.
