New to Pilates?
This is where it all starts.
Starting Pilates can be overwhelming. There is so much to think about, to focus on, so many unfamiliar moves and strange looking pieces of apparatus.
Let’s break it down together and create a road map for your learning of this incredible method. This will help you build and enjoy a strong Pilates practice.
The first step is always the hardest, but also an exciting one. It will provide you with a chance to discover corrective movement patterns and the tools you need to carry them through your daily life activities, hobbies and sports.
You will be introduced to the basic repertoire on all apparatus and we will create your own Pilates pathway.
For better results, Pilates is to be practiced at least twice a week.
Already practicing Pilates or returning to it?
This is where we start. Let’s level up and determine what your goals are, what you wish to get out of your practice and establish a pathway to get you there.
Already a client?
There is always a little more, therefore, if you are an existing client why not using this option as a special treat to yourself. This is a great way to deepen, expend and find out what you are really capable of under the scrutiny of your instructor.
Do you have a Pilates bucket list? An exercise that you wish you could do or do better? This is the best way to get all the tools to make it happen.
