New to Pilates? This is where it all begins.
Starting Pilates can feel overwhelming. There’s a lot to focus on, many unfamiliar movements, and equipment that might look a little strange at first.
We’ll break it down together and create a clear road map for your journey through this incredible method. This will help you build a strong, enjoyable Pilates practice that supports your everyday life, hobbies, and sports.
The first step is always the hardest—but also the most exciting. You’ll begin discovering corrective movement patterns and learn the tools to carry them into your daily activities.
You’ll be introduced to the basic repertoire on all apparatus, and we’ll design a personalised Pilates pathway just for you.
For best results, we recommend practicing Pilates at least twice a week.
Already practicing Pilates or returning to it? This is where we start.
Let’s level up your practice by identifying your goals, clarifying what you want to get out of Pilates, and creating a pathway to help you achieve them.
Already a client?
There’s always room to grow. Treat yourself to this option as a way to deepen your practice, push your limits, and discover what you’re truly capable of under the guidance of your instructor.
Have a Pilates bucket list? An exercise you wish you could do—or do better? This is your opportunity to gain the tools and confidence to make it happen.

Small Group
Studio work is where the magic of Pilates truly comes alive! This is where all the special apparatus are found, and under the guidance of your instructor, each session can take many forms. Chair, Reformer, Tower, Barrel, small equipment, or a combination—think of the studio as a canvas, ready to be painted in countless ways. Every approach leads to a fun, challenging workout, staying true to the philosophy of classical Pilates.
Max 5 clients per class | 55-minute session
We encourage all clients to experience group sessions. New clients must attend a 1:1 session first.
