To ensure consistency and commitment, MEP does not offer casual sessions.
Below is the list of packages currently available.
Packages are for permanent weekly sessions.
**All pack have a 6 weeks expiry date. See explanation below.
A regular Pilates practice is suggested to get the full benefits.
2-3 times a week is ideal.
It is with this in mind that the packs were created.
-It help with consistency.
-It will keep you committed.
-It will give you access to a variety of sessions.
-It is economically beneficial.
-Kept at 5 to reduce the large upfront payments
-Can be modified.
-A session can be cancelled up to 24 hrs prior to the session; the pack session will carry over the following week.
-MEP uses Bookings Essential to schedule and manage bookings.
-All purchase of packs can be done via MEP booking system or by clicking on the above "buy now" link related to the package of interest using a credit card.
-No cash payments are accepted.
-EFT and/or Paypal payments are possible upon request and approval by MEP.
-All clients have direct access to their personal account in MEP booking system in order to manage payments and attendance.
-All prices include GST.
-Packs or single session must be purchased prior to attendance of a class.
-MEP reserves it rights to not teach a client that has not paid prior to its session or is constantly late in payments.
-MEP requires that all new clients have completed at least an initial appointment prior to moving into groups.
-MEP reserves the right to restrict the group access for health & safety reasons to a client.
-ME Pilates does not offer classes on a casual basis.
-Small Group Classes require a minimum of 2 clients for the class to run. In the event that a class is down to 1 participant, the client will be given the option or rescheduling or attending a 30 min private session.
-A regular session attendance can be rescheduled occasionally to accomodate as long as it is discussed prior to the event with Eve.
-Respectful behaviour is a priority. MEP reserves the rights to terminate participation of a client in instance of unacceptable behaviour.
-Clients are expected to manage their own regular bookings via their personal access in Bookings Essential. This is mainly referring to cancellations. MEP is happy to assist if necessary.
-All last minute cancelations are to be directly communicated to MEP.
-All booked sessions must be cancelled within 24hrs of the scheduled session either via email, in person, by telephone or text.
-Cancellations made out of this time frame will be charged as a Late
-ALL Late Cancellation/No Show appointment are charged at full rate.
-Pack sessions will remain valid when cancellations are done within the required time frame.
