To ensure consistency and commitment, MEP does not offer casual sessions.
Below is the list of packages currently available.
Packages are for permanent weekly sessions.
Pilates session including a movement assessment, establishing goals, and a practice plan
This is for a single usage.
This is for clients that wish to add to their regular practice, fine tuning or learning something new.

A regular Pilates practice is suggested to get the full benefits.
2-3 times a week is ideal.
It is with this in mind that the packs were created.
-It helps with consistency.
-It will keep you committed.
-It will give you access to a variety of sessions.
-It is economically beneficial.
-The packs are kept at 5 to reduce the large upfront payments.
-The packs can be modified if necessary. This must be approved and done by MEP.
-Clients can cancel a session up to 24 hrs prior to the scheduled appointment for it to carry over to the following week. A last-minute cancellation will result in a full cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of the booked session.
-MEP uses Bookings Essential to schedule and manage bookings.
-All purchase of packs can be done via MEP booking system or by clicking on the above "buy now" link related to the package of interest using a credit card.
-EFT , Paypal and Square payments are possible upon request and approval by MEP.
-All clients have direct access to their personal account in MEP booking system in order to manage payments and attendance.
-All prices include GST.
-Packs or single session must be purchased prior to attendance of a class.
-MEP reserves it rights to not teach a client that has not paid prior to its session or is constantly late in payments.
-MEP requires that all new clients have completed at least an initial appointment prior to moving into groups.
-MEP reserves the right to restrict the group access for health & safety reasons to a client.
-ME Pilates does not offer classes on a casual basis.
-Small Group Classes require a minimum of 2 clients for the class to run. In the event that a class is down to 1 participant, the client remaining will be given the option to reschedule or upgrade to a private session. This will be done at least 24-hr prior or more depending on the situation.
-A regular session attendance can be rescheduled occasionally to accomodate as long as it is discussed prior to the event with Eve.
-Respectful behaviour is a priority. MEP reserves the rights to terminate participation of a client in instance of unacceptable behaviour.
-All purchased packs have a 6-week expiry.
-Single session purchases have a 2-week expiry.
-Clients are expected to manage their own regular bookings via their personal access in Bookings Essential. This is mainly referring to cancellations. MEP is happy to assist if necessary.
-All last-minute cancellations are to be directly communicated to MEP.
-All booked sessions must be cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled session either via email, in person, by telephone or by text.
-Cancellations made out of this time frame will be charged as a Late
Cancellation at the full cost of the booked session.
-ALL Late Cancellation/No Show appointments are charged at full rate.
-A pack session will remain valid when a cancellation is made within the required time frame (see above).
-Packs will not be refunded or extended after 3 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed by MEP.
